Can I customize the items I purchase?
Yes, absolutely! Customization is a core part of Nathan's Sublimation. We offer extensive personalization options for most of our products. You can specify images, add names, and choose colours to create truly unique sublimated items like tumblers, t-shirts, and tiles.
What products can be personalized?
We personalize a wide range of products, including sublimated tumblers, coffee cups, kids cups, tea towels and dish cloths, ceramic tiles, slate tiles, hoodies, sweatshirts, t-shirts, windspinners, and more! If you have an idea, chances are we can sublimate it.
How do I care for my new sublimated product?
Most of our products come with a specific care tag that provides instructions to help maintain their quality and vibrant design. We also provide our business card with contact information if you have any questions about product care. Generally, handwashing is recommended for drinkware to preserve the sublimation.
Where can I pick up my order locally in Picton, Ontario?
Local pickup is available! You can arrange to pick up your order directly from our home in Picton, Ontario. We can also coordinate to meet you at another convenient location if preferred. Please contact us to schedule the best time for your pickup.
Can I see your products in person at events?
Yes, you can! Nathan's Sublimation regularly attends local events. You can find us and our unique products at the Stirling Jamborees and the Hollyrood Country Jamboree. It's a great opportunity to see our work firsthand and discuss custom ideas.

For a custom order, we empower you to choose! You'll need to decide on your image, any names you'd like to include, and the colours you prefer.
